A committee for women protection cell has been constituted at our college for safeguard the wellbeing of all our women employees & girl students i.e. (Teaching, Non-Teaching, Casual Labours and girl students) under the chairmanship of Principal with the following below mentioned committee members;
The Objectives for the setup of women protection cell is to safeguard the wellbeing of all women employees and girl students to bring awareness about women rights and to provide safe and secure environment by creating a culture of respect and equality for women. The activities performed by the committee members such as establishing counseling sessions for the students and conducting workshops, seminars and open forum sessions and displaying the posters about the consequences of misbehave and harassment under the law. The members under the chairmanship will assemble weekly to review the situation i.e. every Friday 4.00PM however in the case of emergency on receiving complaint the committee will meet on priority bases and take appropriate action / measures after due investigation.
